| Regarding Your Order... |
- Shipping and Handling charges quoted are an estimate. We strive to include accurate shipping charges online,
however, the actual charges billed to you may vary from the online estimate.
- Bay Pointe Technology does not seek to profit on shipping.
The rate tier is determined by averaging fees across shipping zones and package weights.
Our shipping charges are determined based on carrier rates plus packaging material estimates and insurance.
Based on this structure, if our shipping costs are higher than quoted, Bay Pointe Technology will sometimes absorbs the difference. However, if shipping costs are significantly higher than quoted, we reserve the right to reflect the cost increase on your invoice.
- Availability of hardware is determined by the market. Equipment that is sent to you may be refurbished or new.
If we are unable to locate your parts, we will contact you to recommend alternative solutions.
- Most in-stock items are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after your order has been placed.
Standard Overnight and Second Day shipping is not excluded from this processing time.
- If you order items with different stock availability, additional charges may apply.
- All shipments are insured. Contact us to determine if it is your responsibility or our responsibility to file a damage claim.
- Shipment to a P.O. box address or a hotel room is not allowed.
- All "standard" shipping is via UPS Ground service.
- UPS Ground shipments to businesses are day-definite, guaranteed to arrive by the day specified at shipment.
Shipments to residential addresses are not.
- Please note: our warehouses do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Sunday or holiday delivery.
- Saturday shipping is available for an additional charge. Please indicate this request in the "Special Instructions" section.
- Oversized or odd shaped packages or orders with large quantities may cost additional to ship.
These items will likely be shipped by freight carrier.
The increased shipping cost will be reflected on your invoice and in the total of your processed charges.
- Overseas customers may have shipping charges in excess of those listed at checkout.
These charges will be added into your total when your payment is processed in our office.
